We offer individual and group physiotherapy sessions. Our expert team of physiotherapists, led by Laura, work closely with each person to recommend the appropriate exercise that suits individual levels of mobility and symptoms.

If you are interested in attending any of our classes, please let us know and we can check suitability and availability.  If the class is full we can add you to a waiting list.

Members are welcome to attend a maximum of two classes per week.  This applies to both in-person and online classes.  Please note this does not apply to Brain Fit and Samson Singers where all are welcome to attend!

If you miss a class for three weeks without prior notice, you will need to contact us if you wish to rejoin the class and we can check suitability and availability.

Please note: Class timetables can change from time to time and might not be 100% up to date or running as specified above. If you aren’t booked onto a class, please call us before attending the Centre to confirm so we can assure you don’t make a wasted visit.

In-person classes

If you already attend an in-person class you do not need to contact us, just keep on coming along. If you would like to join a new class or swap to another class please contact us and we will assess the availability.

Zoom classes

If you are already attending a Zoom class, you do not need to do anything but if you are interested in attending a different class or joining a class then please get in touch with the office.

Reminder emails and links

If you are booked into a class, you should automatically be sent a reminder email with the link the day before. If you are not receiving the emails, please let us know as it might be that we have an incorrect email address on our database.
