We have 30 spaces to fill in the British 10k race in London on Sun 12 July 2015 and need lots of runners to support us by taking part in this race. We ask that each runner gains a minimum of £200 in sponsorship for the Samson Centre for MS. Your place in the race is paid for by the Samson Centre and a running vest is also supplied for each runner.
