Gym sessions

Available for Members Monday – Friday, 9am – 3:30pm

Our gym sessions are led by our professional gym instructors, Mike, Emma and Rachel. They help members to use gym equipment and tailor exercises to each person’s level and needs. Sessions can be 1:1, or in small groups of two to three people.

Please note: Class timetables can change from time to time and might not be 100% up to date or running as specified above. If you aren’t booked onto a class, please call us before attending the Centre to confirm so we can assure you don’t make a wasted visit.
