Charlie took early retirement from his job as an IT technical consultant in June 2006 to look after his wife (and former tennis partner), who was diagnosed with MS in 1995. Sadly, Fleur died in September 2011.
He joined the committee in 2009 as the group’s Honorary Treasurer, and regularly risks RSI and back strain counting and banking the takings from various fundraising events!
